How It Works – For Organization

  • Create your account or log in to your dashboard.
Step 2️ – Create Your Profile chevron_right
  • Add your organization details, logos, signatories and images.
    The first uploaded logo becomes your profile image.
    Logos and signs appear in the same sequence on every certificate.
    You can edit these anytime.
Step 3️ – Add Subscription chevron_right
  • Choose a suitable plan based on your expected volume.
    All premium features — like verification, drafts and branding — are included.
Step 4️ – Choose Template Type chevron_right
  • Select what you want to create:
    Certificate
Step 5️ – Customize Design chevron_right
  • Edit text, fonts, colors, logos and images.
    Use Draft Facility to insert ready-made content and save time.
Step 6️ – Upload Participant / Recipient Data chevron_right
  • Upload an Excel file or add details manually one by one.
    (Copy-paste is not supported.)
    Once added, select recipients using checkboxes.
    Send instantly to selected users via Email Id and WhatsApp.
Step 7️ – Generate & Send chevron_right
  • Click Generate & Send to deliver all selected items at once.
    Each includes your Sender ID and a Verification ID for validation.
Step 8️ – Track & Download Reports chevron_right
  • Monitor delivery, downloads and verification reports directly from your dashboard.
